Review: Canyon iPhone holder – bike

Something a little different. It’s not PC related at all really but at least it’s a bit gadgety and should still make for half decent reading. I also felt sorry for other potential Canyon iphone holder buyers as there are no reviews out there and very little information in general. So here it is a review of an iphone holder that straps onto the handlebars of your bike!

Fake 32GB SDHC Card

Memory cards are much much cheaper if bought directly from china on ebay. A 32GB SDHC card can be bought for around £20-£30 rather than the typical £80 from a retail outlet in the UK like ebuyer. Even more on the high street if you can find them at all. Problem is, some of them are fakes.

It’s come to my attention while on various forums that this is something many people struggle with. It’s easy to connect up your PC via D-Sub, DVI or HDMI to a modern LCD HD-TV but for those of us with an older but perfectly good widescreen Cathode Ray Tube TV the process can be a bit more difficult. Follow these steps and you should be OK…

Some times due to leaving too much time, just in case, you may find yourself with a long airport wait. If you’re a business traveller it may be due to an early finishing conference or cancelled meeting etc. Possibly it may be just due to long delays caused by difficult weather conditions and cancelled or delayed flights. Reviews of Vizo products coming soon…

Vizo product to be reviewed on Mods n Clocks

Again, it’s been a bit quiet on the posts front.  Not because of moving the site to a new domain this time but rather because of a much deserved holiday on the Isle of Wight.  As well as this I have begun discussions with a company from Taiwan called ‘Vizo’ who supply PC components with the aim to including reviews and articles of their products on this site.

New site name and domain up and running

As you can see my new domain is now up and running.  You should see a speed increase due to a better hosting package and the domain name is now site related, all I need now is a logo for my new site name.
